| Jeff received his Ph.D. from the University of Virginia's Department of Systems and Information Engineering in May 2005 with dissertation entitled "A Standardized Performance Assessment and Evaluation Model for Community Water Systems". He is registered as a professional civil engineer with the Commonwealth of Virginia with over 25 years experience. He is also certified as a Plant Engineer with the Association for Facilities Engineering. Jeff is currently conducting groundwater assessment research with UVA through a locally funded multi-year grant. |
